The Collision of Art and Reality

           Wake&Realise ----The Group Exhibition of Contemporary Artist

The three young artists Huo Jian,Zhou Lei and Gong Qi is the attendees of this exhibition. They state their social thinking and cognitive from different angles. These monologue of self-representation open a line of thought to the reality issues for us. 

The artwork of Huo Jian's with a magic which can make the people feel the fate and the flavor from the work make the soul of the people present the unrest state between sense and sensibility. In the eyes of artist the society filled with conflict  is an irregular shape where the people suffer different degree's squeeze and collision so as to become distorted and ugly. Analyse Huo Jian's artwork seems like to see a mirror which reveal the embrassment situation of the spirit area which lack of culture. 

Zhou Lei's work is almost combined by a group of beauty's head portrait which be like the poster often been seen.The most difference between them is there is no product in the picture. The artist use this form to make people's attention focus on the expression of women, let us find some element to inspire life, wake us up to think on the issue of women,pay attention to the presence of women, respect women's attitude to society and women's ability and interests. The work with the concise language sketch a context which make us think deeply. Simpleness is the  key point of the work.   

Gong Qi's work have the cynicism style with obvious irony way. There is evident rebel tendencies in the work and emphasize to show the the phenomenon of contemporary art and critical thinking which reflect the problem,perplexity and the actual state of the artist faced. The work of Gong Qi's have a kind of awareness which take the responsibilityof history and bring more thinking space for us. 

All of the works in this exhibition reflect characteristics of the avant-garde art. These self-awareness and the ability which goes beyond performance is the true portrayal of contemporary art concept. The strong emotions and personality style of the three artists 's which contained in the work will be realised by our audience.We believe that.
